Who ATIK is

A central, inclusive professional forum for a developing insolvency ecosystem.

ATIK was formed in response to the need for a professional, centralised and inclusive association for Kenya, particularly as the country's insolvency regime remains relatively new and jurisprudence continues to develop.

The Association provides a forum for practitioners to network, share know-how, engage the Office of the Official Receiver and the Judiciary, develop younger professionals and represent members' views on legislative change.
